As a youngster in my teens I was always blessed with a set of nice abs. These days the six pack has gone and I've been set a challenge by my friends to "bring back the six pack".

I started with a pretty round tummy and a boy like body shape, this is the result of 8 weeks hard work and dedication at the gym stripping out the fat with cardio and rapidly increasing the weight pumping.

Let me know how you think I'm going to give me to morale boosting to keep working to my goal!

First is from late 90's and after that from 2002, 2003, 2003, 2004, 2007, 2007 and last two from 2011 and 2012.. what u think??
