Try this ... Get a soft, flexible heating pad, put a layer of foam over it and cover it with an old t-shirt or whatever. Lay a latex or vinyl exam glove so that the end comes just past the edge. Lightly roll it up leaving enough room for penetration. Then secure with large rubber bands or the waistband from an old pair of undershorts - something elastic. Put some lube in, warm it up and you're good to go.
