Fisting is a sexual activity that involves inserting the whole hand into the vagina or anus. Fisting, handballing, fist fucking, brachiovaginal, or brachioprotic insertion usually involves the insertion of an entire hand (or two) into the vagina or anus with the hand in the shape of a fist, or outstretched fingers held closely together as to accommodate the insertion of the hand into a well lubricated vagina (known as duck billing) .
